Do you offer free delivery and how much do I have to spend to get free delivery?
Yes, we do. We offer free delivery on orders above £1000 excluding VAT (UK Mainland Only).
Do I get charged when I enter my card details?
No, you don’t. We take your card details in order to process your order.
Once you have placed your order, we will pick your goods, forward the proforma invoice to you, and then take your payment. We accept either bank transfers or card payments over the telephone, where you can get an e-receipt via email once the payment clears. Once the payment has cleared, we will send you a final VAT Invoice, before dispatching your order at the next available opportunity.

I have received my order but some of the products are damaged, what should I do?
If you have received your order and some of the products are damaged, please get in touch with us via email. In your email please include your order number, the product names, pictures of the damage, and the number of units you ordered.
